Rates

Rob Mosakowski conducts all mediations via video conference.

Rates:

$150 per party, per hour

Mediations are scheduled for a three hour minimum for personal injury cases and

two hour minimum for first party property matters. 

Unless the parties agree otherwise, the mediation fee shall be equally divided.

Cancellation Policy:

There is no cancellation fee, even if the cancellation occurs the day of the mediation.​
